Origin & Terroir
Papaya for Flizzco’s IQF range is sourced from cultivated varieties grown in Meta and Huila, Colombia, and selected producing regions of Manabí, Ecuador. These regions provide warm climates and well-drained soils that support even ripening and natural sweetness. Harvested and processed at origin, the fruit is cut into uniform cubes and IQF frozen to retain bright color, smooth texture, and clean tropical notes.

Storage and Handling
Maintain at –18 °C / 0 °F. Store unopened to preserve individual quick-freeze integrity and free-flowing structure. Portion only the required quantity while frozen and reseal immediately to prevent moisture uptake and clumping. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Do not refreeze once thawed.
